This single vineyard Albariño comes from Pierce Ranch Vineyard. Tucked into the San Antonio Valley appellation on California's Central Coast, the wine shows off lemon-lime flavor and a touch of wet stone. 

This 2021 Paicines Merlot is a beautifully balanced and approachable wine. It showcases the classic characteristics of Merlot with its ripe fruit, gentle tannins, and a touch of oak influence. 

Our Santa Clara Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented at a cool temperature to showcase the purity of the fruit and integrate the toasty, spicy french oak.

Our Mun's Vineyard Pinot Noir shows wonderful raspberry and spice aromas. The concentration shows on the palate with rich, ripe fruit flavors. Wonderful to enjoy now or over the next decade.  Cellared for 12 months in 25% new French oak.  

We are blessed to be able to offer this single vineyard wine sourced solely from the Aver Family Vineyard tucked into the western hillside of the Santa Clara Valley. This wine is filled with rich plum fruit, smoky dark berry and a grippy texture. Aged for 18 months in barrel, 50% new French oak.

This Syrah pours a deep, inky purple color, hinting at its concentration and intensity. 

Our Rosé is made from 100% Grenache grapes specifically selected to make a delicate, easy drinking rosé.  With 4 hours of skin contact this wine developed a beautiful pink hue and has notes of summer fruit. Although fermented dry a touch of crisp sweetness invites you back for another sip.

Our Paicines Pinot Noir solely sourced from Pedregal Vineyard is a fruit forward Pinot Noir that reflects the abundant sunshine that persists throughout the growing season.

A rich, intense expression of Pinot Noir that only the Santa Lucia Highlands can bring out. Silky texture, subtle earthiness and warm spice characteristics, perfectly balance the brilliant aromas of dark plums, sage and ripe juicy berry flavors.

Winemaker's Select wines are limited production wines, chosen from the best barrels in our cellar. These wines are crafted to show balance, finesse, and intense expression of the varietal.

Our Primitivo is bold, with jammy blackberry fruit and spice notes. Sourced from the Caudill Family Vineyard nestled into the rolling hills of Morgan Hill, California. Aged for 15 months in barrel using a combination of Eastern European and French oak barrels, 50% new oak.

Our Red Blend is crafted from vineyards across the Central Coast and includes Zinfandel, Syrah, Merlot, and Petite Sirah. These wines compliment each other beautifully and the sum offers a bold, rich wine that is packed with complex fruit and spice notes.

Our Santa Clara Valley Meritage fruit all comes from local vineyards.  This wine is filled with complex flavors of blackberry, cedar, and graphite.  A Blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 20% Malbec.

Packed with loads of black currant, dark plum and vanilla from aging in new oak barrels.  Sure to be a favorite on our table and yours.
