Merlot 2021

This 2021 Paicines Merlot is a beautifully balanced and approachable wine. It showcases the classic characteristics of Merlot with its ripe fruit, gentle tannins, and a touch of oak influence. The wine pours a deep garnet-red color.  The nose opens with inviting aromas of ripe red fruits, primarily cherries and plums with a touch of cassis. On the palate, this Merlot displays a medium body with silky, well-integrated tannins.  It's a versatile wine that can be enjoyed young but also has the potential for further development with some aging.
